O estabelecimento, no mercado h\u00e1 menos de tr\u00eas anos, recebeu a certifica\u00e7\u00e3o do <em>Great Place to Work (GPTW)<\/em><strong>,<\/strong> consultoria internacional, l\u00edder em gest\u00e3o de pessoas, que reconhece os melhores ambientes de trabalho em 61 pa\u00edses ao redor do mundo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">O Programa de Certifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um servi\u00e7o que permite empresas de qualquer porte\u00a0realizarem uma\u00a0pesquisa online com os colaboradores, na qual eles n\u00e3o precisam se identificar,\u00a0para diagnosticar o clima organizacional, ou seja, trata-se de um instrumento para analisar o\u00a0n\u00edvel de satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o dos funcion\u00e1rios. Ao final da avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, o GPTW concede um selo digital \u00e0 empresa que atingiu nota igual ou superior a 70 pontos. Isso significa que ao menos sete em cada 10 entrevistados devem ter uma percep\u00e7\u00e3o positiva de seu ambiente de trabalho. A nota do Kanpai, que tem em seu quadro cerca de 40 colaboradores, foi 74. \u201cEssa certifica\u00e7\u00e3o vem validar que estamos no caminho certo para um ambiente mais colaborativo, transparente e harm\u00f4nico\u201d, afirma um dos s\u00f3cios da casa, o empres\u00e1rio Guilherme Xavier.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ainda segundo o empres\u00e1rio, a pesquisa GTPW \u00e9 um marco importante no Kanpai por mapear, atrav\u00e9s de m\u00e9tricas claras, a percep\u00e7\u00e3o do colaborador sobre a satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o de trabalhar na empresa. \u201cOutro fator que explica este resultado positivo \u00e9 o fato de desenvolvermos diversos projetos de gest\u00e3o de pessoas liderados pela psic\u00f3loga Tain\u00e3 Lombardi, cujos objetivos s\u00e3o gerar maior felicidade no trabalho.
